QA Engineer

The QA Engineer will help ensure ConferED products remain reliable as new functionality and integrations are introduced.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute functional test plans.
• Test new features before production release.
• Perform regression testing.
• Document defects clearly and work with engineering to resolve them.
• Test web applications across browsers and devices.
• Validate customer workflows, permissions, payments, playback, and integrations.
• Develop automated tests where appropriate.
• Support release validation.
• Reproduce and investigate customer-reported issues.
• Improve QA processes and release standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software QA or testing experience.
• Strong understanding of web applications.
• Experience with manual functional and regression testing.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools is preferred.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to document issues clearly.
