Production Specialist

The Production Specialist will support the processing and preparation of conference content after recording.
Responsibilities
- Organize incoming conference recordings and files.
- Validate file completeness and naming.
- Prepare content for editing and publishing.
- Manage presentation slides and supporting materials.
- Perform preliminary audio/video checks.
- Coordinate work between editors, QA, and publishing.
- Track production status.
- Identify missing or damaged files.
- Maintain organized production records.
- Assist with encoding and media-processing workflows.
Qualifications
- Experience with digital media, video production, or content operations preferred.
- Strong computer and file-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to follow structured production workflows.
- Comfortable handling large volumes of digital files.
- Good written communication skills.
