Production Engineer

The Production Engineer will support technical production for conferences, webinars, recordings, and live events.
Responsibilities
- Configure and operate conference-recording equipment.
- Support simultaneous recording across multiple meeting rooms.
- Work with cameras, microphones, audio systems, computers, capture hardware, and presentation systems.
- Troubleshoot AV and technical issues onsite and remotely.
- Coordinate with venue AV teams and customer production teams.
- Test equipment before events.
- Maintain backup recording processes.
- Support webinars and live-streaming projects.
- Maintain and prepare production equipment.
- Document technical configurations and production procedures.
- Train contractors and production personnel when required.
- Travel to customer conferences as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience with AV production, broadcast, conferencing, video, or live events.
- Strong understanding of audio/video signal flow.
- Comfortable troubleshooting equipment in live environments.
- Knowledge of cameras, microphones, capture systems, streaming, and presentation technology.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel.
- Ability to remain calm and solve problems during live events.
