Product Manager

The Product Manager will help translate customer requirements and company strategy into an actionable product roadmap across ConferED's digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from customers, internal teams, and company leadership.
• Define product requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain and prioritize product roadmaps and backlogs.
• Work closely with engineering and QA teams in India.
• Coordinate product releases.
• Evaluate usability and customer workflows.
• Support development of conference, video, learning, webinar, and content-management products.
• Research market requirements and competitive products.
• Participate in customer demonstrations and discovery conversations.
• Ensure engineering work remains aligned with business priorities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product-management or related technology experience.
• Experience working directly with software-development teams.
• Ability to turn business requirements into clear technical requirements.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Understanding of web applications, APIs, integrations, and SaaS products.
• Experience with LMS, video, events, media, or association technology is beneficial.
